AJA, The Spirit Guide Coach, is a spiritual counselor who specializes in connecting you with the guidance and wisdom of your unique Spiritual team. The advice from your Spirit Guides is incorporated into AJA’s intuitive coaching process in order to help you create a plan for breaking negative patterns, finding your path and accepting the love and support that your Guides surround you with every single day.
As the bridge between you and your Guides, AJA considers this to be sacred work and is honored to help those who wish to deepen their connection with their higher self and learn to love themselves on a deeper level.
Spirit Guide Life Coaching is an incredibly intimate and rewarding process that allows you to hear the advice and support that your Guides wish to offer you. AJA is a true believer in the innate power every person has to achieve radical expansion through self-love.
Laurnie is a yoga and hypnotherapy specialist, combining the two modalities into her own system of HypnoYoga. HypnoYoga is a practice that combines the physical relaxation of yoga (specifically restorative postures) along with the subconscious transformation of hypnotherapy.
As hypnotherapy invites you to relax into the physical body, the support of restorative yoga postures helps to integrate the subconscious experience. And when you connect the body and mind, you can create even more powerful and sustained shifts in your life.
The subconscious makes up about 90% of the mind. It also happens to be where our beliefs, behaviors, habits and memories live. This is why, if you want to make a change, getting your subconscious on board is key. Without it, you may find yourself bumping up against roadblock after roadblock, or losing motivation, without knowing why.
In an intimate desert oasis twenty minutes outside of Palm Springs, California, We Care Spa creates space for guests to physically heal their bodies and cleanse their life of stress and negative beliefs.
To detoxify the body, we remove solid food from your diet for the duration of your retreat. In its place, a carefully curated diet of liquid nutrition provides your body with the necessary nutrients, minerals, vitamins, and energy it needs to fight disease and break down toxins eliminating them from your body.
To accelerate this process, you have access to state-of-the-art modalities and healing installations spread over this 20-acre retreat. Saunas and steam rooms to purify your skin, colon hydrotherapy to eliminate years of waste from your digestive system, daily yoga classes to control your breath, and over 30 rejuvenating spa treatments to melt stress away.
As your body begins to heal from within, you can feed your mind with daily nutrition classes or spiritual workshops. Here you may learn life-affirming skills like breathwork, meditation, intention-setting, and kitchen organization, to take home.
The Fasting Program at We Care Spa is inclusive of your accommodations, complete liquid nutrition, select spa treatments, daily classes, access to the property’s amenities, and every tool required to facilitate the cleanse.

The Higher Self & You Retreat includes one Welcome Ceremony & Orientation, four Activation Sessions, four Integration Workshops, one Individual Spirit Guide Session, one Individual HypnoYoga Session, and one Sunset Closing Ceremony.
The Higher Self & You Retreat may be combined with any 5-Night Renewal, July 23 – July 28, for an additional $1,000 per guest.
