MASTER CLASSES
The Foundation for Building a Balanced Lifestyle

Master Classes are the essential foundation to transforming your life. Each class plays an important role informing the food and nutrition choices you are making as well as provide you with the education and tools you need to maintain your health and overall well-being.

Master Classes begin on Monday of your week and generally end on Thursday. Guests taking advantage of our weekend-only packages will enjoy a condensed Master Class schedule during their stay.

We encourage you to make these classes a priority.

 

 


 

SEVEN STEPS TO REJUVENATION AND HEALTH

Your body is beautifully designed to handle and remove its own bio-waste. However, it is often handicapped by toxins and is unable to do so. This class gives you the tools to assist your five organs of elimination and clearly outlines the seven steps to rejuvenation and health. Addressing your body, mind, and spirit, this class is the beginning of your journey to well-being.
 


 

TIPS FOR HEALTHY DIGESTION

Now we get a close look at the unsung heroes of digestion and detoxification, ENZYMES. You’ll gain an understanding of not just WHAT you EAT but HOW you EAT it. The 4 rules of good digestion, taught in this class, is the next milestone to health and well-being. And finally you’ll learn to switch to Liquid Food as a regular practice each day

 


 

EASY CHOICES, PROFOUND CHANGES

You’ll learn about how to really CHOOSE health from the kinds of food you allow in to your body to how to fully cleanse the garbage pail of the body; the colon and how these choices translate to more energy and NO MORE CONSTIPATION or IBS (irritable bowel syndrome).

 


 

SHOPPING FOR HEALTHY FOODS

So just what DO you BUY if so many foods are chemically toxic? In this master class you’ll get an insider’s tips on how you can replace the foods you like (that are not good for you) to foods you will like a lot that are good for you! We will go through brands and labels and discuss what to choose and why. Finally you’ll have an opportunity to learn how to reorganize your kitchen (and your life) when you leave WCS. This is a very, very useful class!

 


 

COOKING CLASS AND ORGANIZING YOUR KITCHEN

This is a favorite class with insights, information and techniques. AND you’ll get SAMPLES of healthy, easy to prepare foods that fit beautifully with your new lifestyle.

 


 

TRANSITIONING FROM FASTING TO SOLID FOODS

This is a must attend; we will explain how you move (gently) from your fasting life into that “other” world you left behind when you joined us. Don’t miss this one. Breaking the Fast is as important as the Fast itself.

MOVEMENT CLASSES
Increasing Awareness and Openness During Your Detox

Movement Classes like Yoga, breath work, and walking enhance your detox process. They encourage deep breathing and heightened awareness which are very important in stimulating the lymphatic system as it carries toxins from the cells into the five organs of elimination.

The Yoga Room at We Care Spa is home to a number of talented, giving instructors of this practice that began in India over 5000 years ago. It stills internal restlessness, uniting the body, mind, and spirit. It creates self-awareness and mindfulness.

Although the types of Yoga may vary, all types share a common foundation: the poses, called Asanas, are designed to open your energy meridians allowing the vital life force, called Prana, to flow freely throughout your body.

The extensive physical benefits of Yoga include: increased flexibility, relief from stress and stress related symptoms, lowered blood pressure, increased circulation, muscle tissue and stamina, and a strengthened immune system.

 

 


 

HATHA YOGA

Hatha Yoga is a gentle yoga that connects us with our spirit and really affects change in our lives. It combines breath awareness and a state of mindfulness.

We have a number of talented and skilled healers who come to We Care Spa to share their gifts with our guests. They offer complimentary informational classes on each specific healing modality. This class is designed to unlock soul patterns that hinder you from true life expression. It begins with a guided mediation and then uses sound to go deeper.
 

 


 

HYPNOSIS WITH HYPNOTHERAPIST RENEE CARDENAS

Using Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) along with Hypnotherapy mental blocks that affect the detoxification process, and your overall wellbeing, are released.
