  • Can I check in any day?

    To accommodate our active waiting list, our programs begin on Friday for 3 and 8 day retreats, and on Sunday for 6 and 8 day retreats. Check-out is at 11am, and we invite you to take advantage of our locker rooms with storage and showers so you can continue to make the most of your time here.

  • What is the best time to arrive?

    Our check-in time is at 4pm on Friday and Sunday, though your treatment schedule may begin before then. Many guests arrive first thing in the morning to take advantage of a full day of classes, treatments, and services. You will have access to a locker room, restrooms, and showers until your room is ready.

  • Is We Care a place for children?

    We value your time away, and wish to optimize your experience in a calm and tranquil environment. For this reason, our minimum age for guests is 18 years old.

  • Do guests travel alone?

    Many guests travel alone, which is a fantastic way to truly retreat and heal in peace. Our team will make sure you are well looked after whether you choose a solitary retreat or the company of others. We Care is a wonderful place to establish friendships, connect with others, or simply surrender with time to nurture and contemplate.

  • Will I be hungry?

    Most of our guests are not hungry at all. They sometimes miss eating, but the nutrition in the fast is designed to avoid this. You’ll find that if you follow the program you will be drinking every 30-60 minutes which satisfies the body’s need for intake. The We Care Detox Drink Plus, in particular, will be especially helpful in giving you a feeling of fullness. However, if you are still hungry, please let us know so we can review your program. Remember, you are receiving all of the nutrients you need in liquid form during your cleanse.

  • What if I am on medication or taking supplements?

    The majority of our guests successfully continue on with their prescribed medication while completing the We Care Spa program. Please consult with your prescribing physician should you have any questions regarding your medication. We ask that you refrain from taking any additional supplements other than those listed on the We Care Spa program as our plan has been carefully designed and includes everything you need for a successful cleanse.

  • Will I lose weight?

    Our guests lose an average of 1-3 pounds a day – based on individual metabolism. Men often lose more quickly. The program is not designed for weight loss but the release of toxic waste and the effect on your metabolism positively affects weight loss.

  • How should I break the fast?

    Our team prepares a nutritious green salad for you to take on the plane or to eat prior to departure. Should you require additional food for your journey, we recommend Clark’s Nutrition, Palm Greens Café, or Nature’s Health Food & Cafe.

  • What results can I expect?

    Commonly reported results upon departure from We Care include increased energy and vitality, increased clarity and alertness, clearer skin and brighter eyes. Your sleep schedule will have noticeably improved. Many of our guests eliminate their dependencies on caffeine, sugar, nicotine and other substances.

  • Is the program gluten free?

    Yes, all of our products are gluten free. We do have wheatgrass juice and barley grass juice in one of our products, but we are able to offer substitutions if necessary.

  • What if I have food sensitivities or allergies?

    We have many guests with food allergies and sensitivities. We encourage you to let us know prior to your arrival so that we can have any modifications prepared for you in advance.

  • Cancellation policy

    A nonrefundable deposit is required. The full balance (program rate and tax, no treatments or services) due will be charged TWENTY-ONE (21) days prior to the arrival date.

    Cancellation or postponement of the reservation with less than TWENTY-ONE days notice will result in the paid amounts being non-refundable.

  • Booking a return visit

    The vast majority of our guests (over 80%) return to We Care Spa. To help this process, we offer a return-guest discount. Simply leave your deposit of $299 for your next stay when you check out and you will receive our discounted Advanced Booking Rate for your next visit. Many of guests book their next stay prior to departure to secure the perfect week and room preference. We highly recommend that you do this as we tend to book up approximately three months in advance.

  • Environment

    For the relaxation, enjoyment, and privacy of our guests, mobile phone calls are not permitted in public areas. Enjoy the beauty of the property and capture it with photos; just be mindful of other guests in the background. We also ask that you speak quietly during your time at the Spa.

  • Booking spa treatments

    We highly recommend that you book treatments and services in advance at your earliest convenience. A Spa Coordinator will contact you 3-4 weeks prior to your arrival to book your schedule, but same-day or week-of changes are not guaranteed.

  • Attire

    For your comfort, a robe and slippers will be provided. There are also locker rooms beside the pool should you wish to change between treatments or keep a swimsuit nearby.
