Guest Referral Rewards
Credit is based on the accommodation type and the number of nights actually completed by the referred guest, as outlined below.

We Care Spa Referral Program Policies
Please review the following before referring a guest — these terms govern how credit is earned, calculated, and redeemed.
- The Referral Program applies to first-time We Care Spa guests who book on or after September 1, 2026, at the standard published rate (REG).
- A referred guest's reservation cannot be combined with any additional promotional offer or discount.
- Referral credits are awarded per referred guest. Each referred guest must identify one or more eligible referrers on their Guest Preference Questionnaire.
- The Guest Preference Questionnaire is the sole method of referral attribution. Referrals cannot be added or changed retroactively.
- Each referrer must have completed at least one prior stay at We Care Spa.
- The referral credit is based on the accommodation and number of nights actually completed by the referred guest.
- A referral credit is earned and issued only after the referred guest completes their qualifying stay. Cancelled reservations do not qualify.
- If a referred guest identifies multiple eligible referrers, the credit earned for that guest will be divided equally among them.
- Referral credits expire 18 months after the date they are issued.
- Referrers may accumulate credits earned from multiple qualifying referrals.
- Credits may be applied toward eligible We Care Spa stay packages and treatments during a future stay.
- Credits cannot be used during a stay that overlaps or occurs concurrently with the referred guest's qualifying stay.
- Referral credits are nontransferable, have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- We Care Spa reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Referral Program at any time and may resolve questions or disputes regarding eligibility at its sole discretion.
